A little about me...

My name is Kelly Durst, and I have been a dental hygienist for over 10 years. I graduated from Vancouver Island University in 2011 and have maintained a self-initiated dental hygiene license through the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario. I am a member of the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association, the Ontario Dental Hygienists Association, and the Dental Hygiene Practitioners of Ontario. I reside in New Hamburg with my husband and two sons and currently serve the Waterloo region.

Total Body Wellness Through Dental Hygiene

I believe that good oral health is the pathway to total body wellness. My experience has taught me that my clients have a lot of control over their overall health through preventative dental hygiene. Just as you go to the chiropractor or massage therapist to feel your best, a dental cleaning also ensures that you maintain good health for years to come.

Dental care doesn’t always involve serious procedures; sometimes you just need a cleaning and some good advice. That’s where I come in. I provide preventative dental hygiene, education, and myofunctional therapy services in a low-stress environment. Together we can talk over any issues you may have, discuss ways to stop potential problems, and pinpoint areas for preventative therapies. If you need more support, we can collaborate with other health professionals so that you can walk away with the information you need to make the right decision for your health.

Dental Care Should Be Affordable and Accessible

It is essential that dental checkups, teeth cleaning, and denture care are affordable and readily available. I provide lower prices, direct billing, and mobile visits for those in need. Also, dental visits shouldn’t be scary or painful. My experience has taught me a gentle yet thorough approach to cleaning teeth, and I guarantee less discomfort and a more enjoyable experience.

Finally, please call if you have questions or need assistance with dental hygiene and dental care related to whole-body wellness. I'm more than happy to help with services, recommendations and education.
